Kayla Loucks began her professional experience working with all ages as a direct support professional while pursuing her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology.  While advancing her experience and education Kayla focused on residential settings, case management & ABA therapy. Kayla completed her master’s degree of Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism and joined the team at Outward Bound Support Services, LLC as a Behavior Consultant in August of 2018. Kayla currently supports other Behavior Consultants within OBSS, as well as supporting her own case load for the Central, Southern & Western parts of Indianapolis/surrounding areas. Kayla enjoys working with individuals and families to help navigate behavior challenges and advocating for preferred goals, outcomes and quality of life for all ages. Kayla has openings to provide behavior services.
