Jesseca Cox grew up in Owensboro, KY. She comes from a big family and is one of 7 siblings. She moved to the area in 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Bellarmine University in 2010. She went on to earn her Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Louisville in 2013. While in her grad program, she worked as a DSP in Kentucky. She is certified by the Darkness to Light organization as a child sexual abuse community educator. Other trainings include Motivational Interviewing and the Conscious Discipline program. During her career, she has been a waiver case manager, a social worker for DCS in Kentucky, a supported living program manager, and behavior consultant at other organizations. Jesseca loves working with children and adult clients who struggle with social skills and coping skills. She is passionate about helping clients find their voice and advocate for themselves. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, write, watch true crime shows, play video games, and bake. Also, she loves to cosplay. Black Widow is her most popular character. She most often spends her time with her two cats, Bowie and Minerva (but she loves all animals).
