My name Is Haley Hayse, and I am a Behavior Consultant. I’ve worked with children and adults with
special needs for almost 20 years. I’ve always been fascinated with mental health, developmental
disorders, and wanting to help families in some way. I started doing respite care in my undergrad at
IUPUI, then moved into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2012. I graduated from Ball State
University in 2017 with a master’s degree in ABA while working as program manager in an ABA clinic. I
eventually took the role of Intensive Behavior Intervention Specialist at a residential facility and became
credentialed as CSAYC (Credentialed Sexual Abuse Youth Clinician) in order to decrease sexually
maladaptive behaviors in some of my clients. I also gained experience in Organizational Behavior
Management when my husband began his business in telecommunications. When I’m not working, I
stay busy cleaning, hanging with family, and creating stained glass art or other projects with my
husband. I live in Monrovia, and I am excited to serve families in the Hendricks, Morgan, or Putnam
County area.
