I’m Amy Kirschbaum and I began with OBSS as a Behavior Consultant in March 2021. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Asbury University in Equine Facilitated Mental Health and, after working as a Resource Room Paraprofessional at an elementary school, I went on to earn my master’s degree in Psychology: Child and Adolescent Development at Southern New Hampshire University. I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for a year and continued working in the ABA field as a client advocate and manager for 3 more years. I look forward to serving families and individuals in and around the Lebanon, Indiana area including Boone, Clinton, Hendricks, Marion (NW), and Montgomery counties.
