Hi! My name is BayLee Mitchell. I joined OBSS in December of 2021 after graduating from Ball State University with a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to starting with OBSS, I was employed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 3.5 years. I have experience working in a variety of settings including homes, schools, and clinical settings, and have mainly worked with clients ages 2 to 22 years of age. My passion for helping others has led me to this amazing field, where I enjoy helping individuals learn and adapt to obstacles they may face in their daily lives. I’m looking forward to my future with OBSS and am excited to meet you! I am accepting clients in west and southwest Indianapolis, Hendrick and Morgan counties.
