Alesia Sivels received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in 2008. In 2016 while balancing family, work, and school, earned her Masters Degree in Psychology with emphasis in Counseling and Child Development from Capella University. She has also attained a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Alesia has over 10 years of experience working with adults with mental health disorders and intellectual disabilities. She has worked over 3 years with children who have autism and other developmental disabilities as a Registered Behavior Technician. Alesia is very passionate about working with individuals and their families in achieving independence and emotional, physical, and social well-being. On a more personal note, Alesia loves to garden, paint, play video games with her four children and travel with her husband. Alesia joined Outward Bound Support Services in the spring of 2021 and she is accepting clients in the North and Northwest Indiana areas including the counties of Lake, Porter, LaPorte, Starke, Pulaski, White, Benton, Newton, Jasper, and Warren.
